Zvezda is a village in northeastern Bulgaria, Popovo municipality, Targovishte district. It is located about 10 kilometres south of the town of Popovo. The village is reached by a side fork, located on the right side of the road Popovo-Omurtag. There are asphalt roads to the town of Popovo, the villages of Svetlen and Aprilovo.

It is located 280 meters above sea level at the foot of a hill surrounded on three sides by oak forests.

The earliest document for the village is from 1524.

Landmarks in the village - there are traces of prehistoric settlement mounds from the Chalcolithic, tombs from the Thracian-Roman era, ancient settlements. There is a small chapel built on the foundations of the old, above the healing spring (spring).
